Greg has been President of Sea Hill Press since 1999. During his role as president, he has had the opportunity to consult and direct several other business including Dale Chihuly Studio, Portland Press, and Blue Star Print (NZ) Ltd - Intergrated Solutions division (General Manager). He is able to offer the professional advisory experience of more than 25 years of broad-based management including: strategic management, operations, marketing, and multi-media production skills. Greg entered the printing and publishing industry in 1979. He graduated from Auckland University of Technology, Printing School, with Printing industry Trade Certification in 1982.
For over 25 years, Cyndi has worked as writer and editor. As Exective Editor for Sea Hilll Press, she has headed many of our most significant cookbook projects such as the "Great Food" cookbook series, "Masterchef," "Best of Taste," and "Chef in the Vineyard," the newest book by the culinary director of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, John Sarich. Most recently, she headed the editorial work for "Reclaim Your Life: You and the Alcoholic/Addict." Cyndi copyedited the award-winning book, "Womansong," as well as "Life and Times on Pleasant Pond," and "Fit for the Work." She is currently working on our newest title, "Align or Resign." Cyndi has a BA in Psychology and History and recently refreshed her editing skills through the University of California Berkeley's Professional Sequence in Editing Certificate courses. Cyndi is an avid reader, and when not managing an editorial project or helping her family, she can be found in a quiet corner with her poodle and two cats, consumming another novel.
With more than 30 years of design experience, Judy Petry brings an array of skills and know-how to any production or design project she encounters. She has produced all types of print materials, taking them from raw concept sketches to final, pre-press ready layout, using InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite (CS3) to get the job done. Judy has a range of experience including: print production, conceptual design, creative and photo-shoot direction, and production management. She is valued for her expertise in vendor coordination, schedules, press checks, and superior client services. She approaches every project with a thorough process that leads to targeted results. Her keen attention to detail makes her an excellent production coordinator.
