Cookbooks are one of our specialties. Sea Hill Press has worked on a series of successful cookbooks with a variety of chefs from around the world.  Partnering with some of the best chefs in the business, Sea Hill Press works to match great food recipes with great book editing and design.  Recently, Sea Hill Press once again partnered with Chef John Sarich, culinary director of Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, to publish his most recent title, “Chef in the Vineyard: Fresh and Simple Recipes from Great Wine Estates.”
