This isn’t a new theory. This book is a result of over 30 years of pratical experience, successfully performed many times for start-up companies, large corporations, individual departments, teams and nonprofits alike. The challenge today is to create a well-run organization and keep it that way. A well-run organization is one that is “aligned” within itself: each person, team, or division working seemlessly together. It can happen. There are twelve components to every well-aligned organization, no matter how big or small or in which industry. By using the 12 steps outlined in this book you will align your organization, profits will follow, and your company will stay strong.

Testimonials

“Finally, guidance which sets a real direction. John proves it’s simple: know the company’s strategies, know what you’re not really doing and why you’re not doing it, then start aligning to the target.”

—Ron Tozzie – Senior Director, Dell

“I have been involved with Strategic Business Planning for over 35 years from Fortune 500 companies to startups/IPO’s and found that John Moore’s organizational alignment techniques were not only enlightening but they totally revolutionized my thinking and approach to planning … so much so that I hired him to help me re-align and structure my three-year-old early-stage software business. My old theories were outdated and lacked the thinking of the 21st century.  Mr. Moore has captured the true essence of guiding a business to success (through organization design, skill assessment, and development).”
—Richard D. Dixon – President, Ask Us International Inc.

“I used to have a great group of employees who would focus on the most exciting or interesting task in front of them. After working with John and the organization alignment techniques & tools, I now have a great group of employees who rally around a unified vision of where our company is headed and know exactly what is expected of each of them to help us all get there. I used to think Organization Alignment was only available through high-priced consulting firms. It actually began paying for itself before we were even finished!
—Shawn Harris – President/CEO, SkyWire Media Inc.
